Yukari Sakamoto focuses her practice on general capital markets and regulatory matters. She is experienced in regulatory matters and has worked for a wide range of international financial institutions and funds.
Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate of a leading international firm where she was a member of its Banking, Capital Markets and Restructuring Group from 2009 to 2014. From 2012 to 2014, she was seconded to the Financial Services Agency of Japan where she was involved in the financial inspections and financial monitoring of banks and insurance companies. She also worked at leading Japanese bank from 1998 to 2004 where he was involved in the planning and development of currency derivatives.
