Yonathan Tewelde is an associate and a member of the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. Yonathan assists registered investment companies and their independent board members with regulatory and compliance matters related to mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, closed-end funds, private equity funds, and funds-of-one arising under US federal securities laws.
Yonathan focuses his practice on drafting and reviewing registration statements, shareholder reports, and other regulatory and legal documentation related to the development and launch of new funds, fund mergers and reorganizations, and ongoing operations of registered funds of investment companies.
