Xiaowei Ye is a partner of our Beijing office and a member of Greater China Practice Group. She has over 20 years of experience working in Asia representing multinationals when they enter into the Chinese market as well as large Chinese companies, financial institutions and investment funds with respect to their overseas investment, project financing, and initial public listing and offerings. Xiaowei also leads a team focusing on government regulatory and compliance matters. She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia only.
