Bill Hoffman is a dedicated Shareholder based in Polsinelli's St. Louis office. He is passionate on providing guidance on regulatory issues, such as licensure and accreditation, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and compliance with Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute to his clients. Additionally, Bill uses his experience with a variety of transactions, including joint ventures, employment contracts and leases for hospital, health system and physicians to better serve his clients.
