William G. Beatty recently retired from a major Chicago litigation firm at which he practiced for the past 45 years, concentrating primarily on product liability defense for a wide variety of designers and manufacturers in various industries. Mr. Beatty also maintained an active ERISA practice for employers, insurers, and third-party administrators, and handled employment law matters, at the state and federal levels, both at the administrative and trial court stages.
