William B. Simmons ("Bo") focuses his practice on energy-related transactions for public and private companies. He has experience in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and related securities transactions.
Bo is a 2013 recipient of the Sanctuary For Families’ Above & Beyond Award for Excellence in Pro Bono Advocacy which honors outstanding pro bono representation and advocacy to victims of domestic violence, sex trafficking and related forms of gender violence.
