Weijia (Victoria) Ma is a Staff Attorney in BAL’s Boston office. Her practice focuses on U.S. corporate immigration, helping clients navigate complex immigration laws and regulations. She delivers efficient legal counseling and provides strategic solutions to a diverse set of clients across semiconductor, artificial intelligence, information technology and finance industries. She is dedicated to providing high-quality legal representation while caring for clients' needs.
Victoria serves as a member on Law360's Immigration Editorial Advisory Board, as well as a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association's Immigration Practice Group. She is also an active member of American Immigration Lawyers Associations and has served on its Publications Committee.
She is passionate about providing pro bono services to nonprofit organizations, including Kids in Need of Defense and Legal Services NYC, supporting the underrepresented communities.
