Walter has more than four decades of experience guiding companies of all sizes through all phases of the government contracting process. In fact, he literally wrote the book, as he is the general editor of Matthew Bender’s 13-volume treatise, Government Contracts, and its three volume treatise Federal Contract Management.
He counsels his clients on a wide variety of issues, including Defense Audit Agency (DCAA) compliance and due diligence audits, contract administration, bid protests, federal supply schedule procurements, construction, litigation, and claims disputes, and he offers guidance on the practical application of the federal contracting rules and regulations.
Walter relishes the opportunity to learn and understand the client’s business to assist them in achieving their long and short-term goals. His many years of experience provide clients with effective and efficient counsel.
