Trust focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and insurance and reinsurance problem-solving & dispute resolution. She has experience conducting legal research, drafting memoranda, and preparing robust oral arguments.
Prior to joining Mintz, Trust was a law fellow at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where she drafted responses to auto insurance claims. Trust also participated in a Diversity Summer Mentorship Program at a multinational law firm, where she participated in case-analysis workshops and worked closely with attorneys at the firm.
While earning her JD, Trust served as a Summer Litigation Associate at Mintz, where she drafted memos for ongoing litigation and insurance matters and prepared oral arguments for mock appellate trials. In law school, Trust was an editor of the Virginia Law Review, the Virginia Law & Business Review, and the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. Earlier, she held the position of research assistant for then-Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam’s Racial Inequality Commission.
