Mr. Overdyke's practice focuses on all aspects of workplace safety and emergency response, as well as civil litigation with an emphasis on energy development and operations. Based in the firm's Jackson, Wyoming office, Mr. Overdyke represents clients and businesses throughout Wyoming and the Rocky Mountain west.
Mr. Overdyke advises and represents clients in relation to state and federal enforcement actions involving the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), U.S. Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board (CSB), Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration, and other government agencies. Mr. Overdyke helps clients manage the full range of issues following initiation of an enforcement action such as conducting privileged internal investigations following incidents, contesting and resolving citations,and defending civil litigation. In addition, Mr. Overdyke provides safety and emergency response training to employers in a broad range of industries.
