Travis has extensive experience representing debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, acquirers of distressed assets, liquidating trusts and official committees in all aspects of the restructuring process. His restructuring matters encompass a wide variety of industries, including oil and gas, shipping, retail, banking and healthcare.
Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs, Travis worked for an international law firm and focused his practice on the restructuring of companies in various industries and litigating disputes that arise in the context of bankruptcy proceedings.
