Thomas Dollar is an associate in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Dollar was judicial law clerk for the Honorable Roanne L. Mann of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. In addition, he was a summer associate in the firm’s New York office in 2014. Mr. Dollar was a honors law clerk for the EPA Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance.
