Thomas F. Campion is a partner of the firm, co-chair of the Professional Services Liability Team and a senior member of the Products Liability and Mass Tort Practice Group. He chiefly acts as a trial lawyer and counselor for his clients.
Tom focuses his practice on civil litigation, including professional liability claims and disputes, particularly for law firms; products liability claims, for example representing major pharmaceutical companies as national coordinating counsel in products liability cases; the defense of consumer fraud and Medicaid fraud suits by State Attorneys General and by third-party payors; business litigation matters, such as bankruptcy and securities fraud; and employment law cases. He has litigated these matters in courts throughout the country.
Tom is a lecturer at National Trial Advocacy College at the University of Virginia School of Law. He is certified as a civil trial attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court.
