Ms. Fabricius is a lawyer in the Antitrust, Competition and Trade Regulation group. She has experience advising on issues arising under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). In particular, she has experience advising on anti-competitive arrangements, misuse of market power, exclusive dealing and consumer protection issues such as misleading and deceptive conduct and unfair contract terms.
Ms. Fabricius has particular experience in enforcement matters involving the ACCC, and has acted both for and against the ACCC in investigations and proceedings relating to cartel conduct, misuse of market power and misleading and deceptive conduct under the ACL.
