Terri Imbarlina Patak is a principal in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Terri has almost 30 years of experience as an employment and labor law attorney.
Terri’s practice focuses on defending employers in matters involving civil rights claims, wage and hour issues, and other employment-related matters from the administrative level through litigation. Terri also advises employers on preventive strategies as well as hiring and interviewing, wage and hour, internal investigation advice, and other preventive workplace practices. She also conducts policy and handbook reviews for clients to ensure that their policies and procedures are current with all applicable laws and regulations. Terri also conducts training for companies in the areas of employment discrimination and harassment, best practices for human resources management hiring and firing policies, and union avoidance.
Prior to working in employment law, Terri served as in-house counsel for Duquesne Light Company and previously worked as an assistant city solicitor with the City of Pittsburgh Law Department.
