Tareen Zafrullah counsels and represents employers in labor and employment law matters, specializing in wage and hour issues arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and employee handbooks. In his counseling work, Tareen has analyzed over 600 positions for exempt/non-exempt classification under the FLSA and has reviewed more than 100 employee handbooks.
