She has advised companies in complex business litigation matters, including contractual disputes, unfair competition claims, fraud and shareholder derivative claims. Tania has drafted motions leading to several favorable dismissals on behalf of her clients, including drafting Daubert motions and other briefs as part of a team that defeated the plaintiff's bid for class certification in a major consumer class action.
