Stephen M. Ahron is an associate in the Litigation Department. He represents corporate clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation and pre-litigation matters, particularly high-stakes cases involving antitrust, sports, intellectual property, financial services and non-compete issues.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Stephen completed a year of firm-sponsored public service in the Special Federal Litigation Division of the Office of the Corporation Counsel of the City of New York, where he was Special Assistant Corporation Counsel. While there, he served as lead counsel in defending federal civil rights actions against the City of New York.
