Stephen Cheong represents clients in the full spectrum of non-marine insurance and reinsurance-related matters, advising on contentious and non-contentious policy-related issues including policy interpretation, coverage, and liability, as well as quantum related issues. Aside from insurance and reinsurance, Stephen’s dispute resolution experience includes advising and representing clients in shareholder, joint venture, manufacturing and distribution, engineering, and employment related disputes. He frequently represents clients in international arbitrations involving multiple jurisdictions such as Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Australia, Taiwan, and Japan.
