Stephanie Robin is an Associate at Nelson Mullin's West Palm Beach office. Stephanie’s practice focuses on employment litigation and counseling. Stephanie has experience representing management in various aspects of employment law, including disputes before administrative agencies, state courts, and federal courts throughout Florida. Stephanie is involved in matters arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Florida Civil Rights Act, and claims involving workplace torts, employment contracts, whistleblowing, and retaliation. Stephanie also provides employers with preventative and practical counseling on day-to-day employment issues, including investigations, discipline, terminations, policies and handbooks, and wage and hour compliance.
Prior to joining Nelson Mullins, Stephanie practiced employment law with a large national management-side employment law firm.
