Spencer Davidson is an Associate in the San Francisco, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.
Mr. Davidson defends management in matters involving claims for breach of contract, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, unfair competition, as well as wage and hour disputes.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Mr. Davidson worked for the Los Angeles office of a global firm, representing companies in both state and federal court on a wide array of litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination. He also advocated on behalf of regional and international entities in professional malpractice, product liability, personal injury, and business litigation at both the state and federal levels. During law school Mr. Davidson was a member of the national moot court team, advancing to the semifinal round in a nationwide competition.
