Shannel's experience includes joint ventures, shareholder agreements, due diligence, corporate reorganizations, matters involving the Personal Property Security Act, estoppel, waivers, and priority and postponement agreements. She has assisted clients in secured lending transactions involving facilities of over $50 million.
