Shana also represents individuals and corporations in government investigations and related criminal and civil litigation, including healthcare fraud, securities fraud and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act cases. In addition, Shana conducts internal investigations for clients involving compliance with healthcare regulations, healthcare guidance and healthcare-related company policies.
