Ms. Kowalczyk practices in the firm's Environmental and Land Use Practice Group where she counsels clients on air, water and waste permitting and compliance issues. She also represents clients in litigation over environmental issues. Ms. Kowalczyk also has experience with litigation, including product liability, legal and professional malpractice, and toxic tort defense.
