Sarah Czypinski is a litigator who concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation. She has assisted in the representation of clients in both state and federal court. Sarah has also worked for clients on litigation matters involving mass and products liability, insurance coverage, internal investigations, and government enforcement.

Sarah’s commercial litigation includes the representation of clients' interests in breach of contract and anti-trust disputes.

As part of her mass torts and product liability practice, Sarah represents manufacturing clients as national coordinating counsel by arguing motions for summary judgment, deposing expert witnesses, drafting a variety of motions, developing a defense strategy, preparing cases for trial, and coordinating settlements. She has also represented premises clients in similar actions.

Sarah’s internal investigation practice encompasses a variety of enforcement actions by federal and state agencies where she advises and defends companies.

Sarah also represents policyholders in litigation over insurance coverage for environmental liabilities and property damage. She assists policyholders as they continue to navigate post-bankruptcy insurance issues.
