Sarah Andrzejczak represents businesses and insurers in a variety of areas, focusing her practice on premises liability, product liability, construction and health care. She has achieved multiple favorable jury trial verdicts in general liability matters in state court and provided oral argument to the Colorado Court of Appeals and written briefings to the Supreme Court of Colorado.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Sarah worked at a Denver insurance defense firm where she gained significant experience representing businesses and individuals from pre-litigation through appeal. Sarah served as an appellate law clerk to the Honorable John Daniel Dailey of the Colorado Court of Appeals, a fast-paced single-clerk chambers, where she researched and wrote on a broad range of legal issues involving employment, construction, insurance coverage, lien foreclosure and contract interpretation.
