Sarah Kim is a member of the firm’s GCSolutions team and is assigned to the Dispute Resolution and Litigation Group.
Prior to joining the firm, Sarah worked as a civil litigator in the areas of creditor’s rights and collections. In her experience with multi-state creditors’ rights civil litigation, she has managed account liquidations and legal processes for large financial institutions including credit cards, consumer loans, student loans, overdraft and retail installment collection practices, default recovery efforts, default policy and procedure updates, analysis, and implementation of legislative and regulatory changes. Sarah is also experienced in real estate law having practiced as a residential real estate attorney.
