Sara Papasidero handles a range of product liability and consumer complaints filed in the United States against domestic and foreign manufacturers, specializing in claims against Asian manufacturers. Sara also provides research and reports to assist foreign companies and agencies in complying with product liability regulations and requirements. Sara works with partners and other attorneys in Wilson Elser’s network of offices and with local counsel to help ensure that these matters are handled diligently and that clients are kept informed.
Sara received a certification for her concentration in Environmental Law from Pace Law School. She interned at the Nassau County District Attorney's office and externed as a law clerk for the Air Branch of the Environmental Protection Agency, Region 2. Sara began her affiliation with Wilson Elser during law school as a law clerk on the product liability and Asian practice teams.
