Having an organization with a culture of equity requires a commitment to being intentional in hiring and promoting practices. I work with firms to ensure they are using the best strategies to support an equitable work environment and provide valuable insight as I guide and facilitate the implementation of Culture, Engagement, and DEI initiatives.
