Sage Stone

Professional Biography

Sage Stone is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office where he represents and advises employers on labor and employment matters. Sage is an experienced litigator, having handled cases at all stages of litigation and on appeal. His practice focuses on representing employers in both single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour violations, and other employment-related claims. In addition to litigating labor and employment matters in state and federal courts, Sage provides advice and counsel to employers, including drafting personnel policies, handbooks, employment and separation agreements, arbitration agreements, and other employment-related documents.

Sage received his J.D., from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas. As a student at the University of Texas, Sage worked as a student attorney with the Mental Health Law Clinic, participated in the school’s mock trial team, and served on the editorial board of the Texas Review of Law and Politics.
