Ryan is a litigation associate in the San Francisco office. He represents clients operating across multiple industries in commercial disputes, including class action suits, in California state and federal courts. Ryan handles and manages all aspects of litigation, including pre-trial strategy and pleadings, fact finding, discovery, depositions, and drafting and arguing dispositive motions. Clients value Ryan’s broad scope of experience and ability to identify and mitigate issues at the earliest stages of a dispute. In addition to his trial experience, Ryan routinely advises on potential litigation issues associated with complex corporate transactions.
During law school, Ryan served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Richard Seeborg of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
