Ryan’s construction practice consists of representation of general contractors, design-builders, and owners. He provides construction risk and planning advice, contract negotiation, contract review and drafting, and handles litigation before arbitration panels and in state and federal courts. Ryan has litigated nearly every manner of construction dispute including delay claims, construction defects, lost productivity, liens, trust fund, performance bond, contract disputes – the list goes on.
