Ruthanne Minoru is an associate in the Tax Department and a member of the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group.
Ruthanne advises clients on benefits and compensation matters arising in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and bankruptcies. Ruthanne also counsels clients on compliance with ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code and other laws affecting employee benefit plans, with respect to the design, drafting, implementation and ongoing qualification of their qualified plans in both the single and multi-employer context. In addition, Ruthanne advises senior executives in connection with executive employment, severance, equity and other compensation arrangements.
Ruthanne earned her J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where she was a staff editor of Law & Contemporary Problems.
