Roger (Beau) Beaubien is a member of the Government Law & Policy Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Tallahassee office. Prior to joining the firm, Beau served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Director of Cabinet Affairs in Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’s administration. In this role, he oversaw all operations of the Office of Cabinet Affairs, and provided policy and operational oversight of a number of state agencies including the Department of State, Department of Corrections, and Department of Juvenile Justice. His private practice experience includes advising on matters related to ethics and elections. He has provided counsel to various clients including candidates, campaigns, political committees, and political parties on the complexities of Florida’s campaign finance and election laws. Beau has also represented clients before the Florida Elections Commission and the Commission on Ethics.
Beau’s additional governmental experience includes serving as Assistant Attorney General and Special Counsel in the office of Attorney General Pam Bondi. He has served in major roles on transition teams and gubernatorial campaigns.
