Ms. Heider specializes in the application of economics and finance in a range of complex business litigation matters. She has managed teams supporting experts in a range of intellectual property matters, including the assessment of commercial success, the assessment of the likelihood of trademark confusion, and the calculation of damages associated with patent and trademark infringement. Ms. Heider has managed teams conducting research and analysis of domestic industry, remedy, and bonding issues in numerous International Trade Commission cases. Her work has spanned a variety of industries including medical devices, transportation, Internet commerce, telecommunications, semiconductors, and consumer electronics and other technologies. She has also conducted analysis in a number of non-litigation matters. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Ms. Heider was a research assistant at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in Washington, D.C.
