Rick Marcus is a member of the Financial Institutions Practice Group in the Milwaukee office.
Rick's primary practice involves representing financial institutions and other businesses in providing and acquiring information technology solutions, from software licensing transactions, hosting services and cloud computing, to full technology outsourcing deals. His experience representing software companies gives him unique insight into the issues to be addressed in advising clients in this area. He also assists financial institutions with their online banking, remote deposit capture, image exchange and other technology-based products and services, as well as other aspects of their businesses such as merchant services.
