In addition, he assists with e-commerce and technology errors and omissions. Rich counsels clients on the protection of IP assets and represents individuals and businesses accused of infringement and computer technology implementation failures. Rich also advises and represents high-profile U.S. and global clients on trademark, copyright, patent, cyber liability, false advertising, trade secrets and unfair competition issues. He serves a range of clients from large hedge funds to top insurance companies and lending institutions to high-net-worth individuals, as well as businesses in other industries that have integrated technology into their operations.
