Rebekah works with multinational corporations to secure immigration benefits for their employees. She has expertise in a broad range of immigration matters, including employment-based applications for lawful permanent residency involving labor certification (PERM), as well as applications on behalf of multinational managers and executives, outstanding professors, researchers, and aliens of extraordinary ability. She has also prepared numerous nonimmigrant visa petitions, including H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, E-2s, and O-1s.
Rebekah is admitted to practice law in California and the District of Columbia , and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She earned her B.A. in Political Science from Wellesley College, and her J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law. During law school, Rebekah participated in the Immigrant Justice Clinic, and successfully represented clients in asylum and T visa matters.
