Rebecca Liu is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. She focuses her practice on commercial disputes, class action defense, and labor, employment, and workplace safety matters. Ms. Liu has experience working on a range of legal matters, including construction contracts, reasonable accommodation under California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), wage garnishment, class certification, local land use and zoning, equal protection under the state constitution, and wage-and-hour liability calculation.
Rebecca Liu previously worked in the Gang section for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office. Cases included: vandalism, ticket scalping, gang injunction, and other related cases in the field. While in law school she worked for the the Harvard Negotiation & Mediation Clinical Program (HNMCP) and the Cyberlaw Clinic at the Berkman Center for Internet & Society.
Rebecca Liu is also a member of the Los Angeles LGBT Bar Association.
