Rebecca J. Davis is a Principal in the Cincinnati, Ohio, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Ms. Davis has represented companies in all areas of labor and employment law, including single plaintiff and class action litigation, arbitration, administrative charges, union organizing drives and representation elections, collective bargaining, reductions in force, and counseling on discrimination, disability, leave of absence, and wage and hour regulations.
Ms. Davis’ experience includes representation of national and international employers in the manufacturing and distribution, health care, retail, communications, financial services, and transportation industries. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, she served as in-house labor and employment counsel for a multinational corporation with retail, wholesale, and manufacturing divisions.
Ms. Davis is a frequent speaker on sexual harassment, disability and leave laws, high risk investigations, wage and hour compliance, and union avoidance. During law school, she was ranked in the top 12% of her class and was an Articles Editor for the University of Cincinnati Law Review.
