Businesses and developers must navigate a diverse range of legal issues in the development process. From zoning and land use matters to construction issues and real estate loans, we help our clients along the road to development.

Representing clients ranging from smaller, family-owned businesses to large, national and global corporations and REITs, we advise on matters related to site selection, obtaining entitlements, construction litigation, tax incentives, and environmental issues. We are also uniquely situated to help clients with government relations matters at the local, state, and federal levels.

We enjoy the opportunity to work with clients throughout the entire development process, gaining valuable insight into their businesses along the way, and developing strong client relationships.
