Rajinder Saini is a real estate attorney involved in a wide range of transactional matters. She helps the firm’s real estate team with due diligence, research and case support for commercial real estate development, acquisitions and dispositions, contract negotiations and other industry related matters.
Rejoining the firm following her time as a summer associate, Rajinder’s work experience includes conducting discovery for litigation support, negotiating settlement agreements, attending court proceedings, assisting in depositions, and researching causes of action to draft motions, complaints, and other litigation-related documents.
Rajinder spent time as an intern with Justice at Work, interacting with immigrant workers and worker centers on a wide array of employment and labor claims including wage and hour violations, workplace injuries, discrimination, and unemployment benefits. She also spent time interning with the U.S. Department of Labor collaborating with judges and their staff attorneys in evaluating the merits of a case, drafting a full decision to resolve disputed factual and legal issues, and conducting legal research to draft memoranda and various orders.
Rajinder is proficient in Punjabi and Hindi.
