Dr. Rafal Morek is a partner in the firm’s Warsaw office. He has extensive experience in construction and dispute resolution. In both practices he is individually recommended by legal rankings, including Chambers, Legal500 and Best Lawyers. He advises clients and represents them before state courts, arbitral tribunals, as well as in negotiation and mediation. In the role of an arbitrator, he conducted over forty proceedings in accordance with the arbitration rules of ICC, UNCITRAL, Polish Chamber of Commerce, Lewiatan Court of Arbitration and SIDIR. Dr. Morek is also an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw. He has authored several publications on dispute resolution and private law.
