Tony Salgado has extensive experience in international business and maritime transactions, corporate governance, and finance matters. Tony assists clients in negotiating and structuring transactions under U.S. and foreign laws in maritime and non-maritime contexts, such as:

- Vessel lease financings
- Title XI loan guarantee financings
- Shipbuilding contracts
- Ship purchases and sales
- Vessel charters and management agreements
- Maritime bankruptcies and restructurings
- Coast Guard and Maritime Administration regulatory issues, including Jones Act citizenship issues
- Corporate governance and structure issues for domestic and foreign companies, including the major offshore jurisdictions
- U.S. export and import control regulations and U.S. trade sanctions
- Cross-border transactions
During law school, Tony was a senior editor on the Virginia Journal of International Law. After law school, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Randy J. Holland, Supreme Court of Delaware.
