With more than 15 years of experience in coverage, reimbursement and care delivery, Piper assists clients in developing and implementing regulatory and market strategies related to Medicare, Medicaid and private sector programs.
Most recently, Piper led the health policy division for a leading research and technology firm, offering an on-the-ground perspective on how providers and other stakeholders relate to key policy and market trends. She also has worked as a senior lawyer at large law firms in the field of health care law and policy, assisting providers, insurers, and drug and device manufacturers with formal legal advice as well as legislative and regulatory strategies for Congress, the US Department of Health and Human Services, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
