Peter is Chair of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice and a member of the firm’s Policy Committee. He also provides strategic counseling on a broad range of corporate and fiduciary issues.
Peter returned to Mintz Levin in 2004 from his position in executive management for Sun Life Financial’s US operations. Before joining Sun Life in 1998, Peter practiced at Mintz Levin for 10 years, became a Member in the firm in 1992, and was the Manager of the Corporate & Securities Practice from 1994 to 1996.
