Professional Biography

Pedro J. Rosario Cintrón is an associate and a member of the Antitrust, Competition, and Trade Regulation practice group. Pedro previously served as an intern for a nonprofit organization in Washington, D.C., where he conducted research on recent case law developments regarding the use of peremptory strikes on the basis of gender identity.

In addition, Pedro gained experience as a summer associate at the firm. Through this role, he wrote memorandum on whether a laches defense was viable for use against the SEC in an investigation that alleged “cherry-picking” and fraud, and researched if a new statute of limitations related to disgorgement could be applied retroactively. Pedro also worked on various pro bono matters, including assisting with a case screening and researching portions of an amicus brief related to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
