Tricia Rosendahl focuses her practice on construction and environmental matters and disputes that arise in a global context. She advises clients on contractual and environmental liability when negotiating and entering into new agreements, guides them through permitting and remediation projects, and represents them in proceedings when contract disputes and environmental liability arise. Tricia also advises clients on governmental regulations and environmental aspects in public and private construction projects, oil and gas recovery projects, insurance coverage, environmental investigations, remediation projects, and evaluating risks and costs associated with large construction projects, potential environmental cleanup and third-party liability. She also represents clients in international arbitrations involving global construction projects and multinational agreements.
