Parina is a Member of the Corporate Transactions Practice at Nishith Desai Associates, Mumbai. Her
areas of practice primarily include M&A and Private Equity, and she has been actively involved in
transactional work for numerous cross-border transactions. She graduated from Maharashtra National
Law University Mumbai with a B.A., LL.B. (Corporate Law Hons.) in 2022. She has a keen academic
inclination towards competition law, insolvency law and arbitration. Being an avid writer, she also writes
frequently for leading national and international publications.
