Pamela S. Howland

Professional Biography

With more than a decade's worth of trial experience in both state and federal courts, Ms. Howland handles a wide range of civil litigation matters, including employment defense, contract, and tort disputes.

As part of her employment defense practice, Ms. Howland counsels employers on how to apply recent legal developments in the employment arena to their businesses. For matters relating to retaliation and discrimination on all levels, she helps employers avoid trouble before it starts, protects them once it does, and gets them the best possible outcome if matters end up in court.

During law school, she was employed as a law clerk at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Washington. Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Ms. Howland served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Wayne L. Kidwell of the Idaho Supreme Court. She is licensed to practice law in Idaho and Washington.
